About the organisers

Amity Law School is the premier institution under AULC , established in 2007 . It provides global learning environment through innovative teaching methodologies and UGC recognised undergraduate and post graduate programs.  With over 1,300 students across Undergraduate and Post Graduate programs, ALS has instituted a mentor mentee program to support students in career development and personal growth. Each faculty members mentors a group of students, offering regular career counselling and guidance under the leadership of Director Professor Dr. Tapan Kumar Chandola, ALS organises various academics and co- curricular events including International and National Seminars, Law fest , Carnivals, workshops, National Quizzes, National and Intra Moot Court Competition, and National Faculty Development Programs throughout the year

Details of the Event

The Competition simulates a law office consultation in which a team of two law students, acting as lawyers, will consult a client. It aims to encourage students to develop interviewing and planning abilities and analytical skills in lawyer – client relationship in the corporate structure.

Eligibility

UG students, LLB students in any year from any University/ Law School/ College/ Department, are eligible to apply for registration of their team.

The registration fee shall be Rs. 2000 + 18% GST, totalling Rs. 2360 for each team. The registration fee shall be non- refundable and non- transferable.
