It has also signed MoUs with Hue University Vietnam, IIT Chicago Kent College of Law, Luiss Libera Universita, Italy, University of Public Service Ludovika, Hungary, American University of Puerto Rico, Global Academy of Law-Tech Education and Research (GALTER) for faculty transfer, student transfer, joint research projects, and summer and winter schools. Forbes India Legal Power list 2020 has listed Faculty of Law, MU as one of the top law schools. DETAILS ABOUT THE EVENT/OPPORTUNITY:
We at the Faculty of Law, Marwadi University are committed to a show of cooperative and collective resilience. Hence, after the successful completion of the four editions of Memorial Moot Court Competition, we have planned to organize the 5th edition of Late Shree Abhay Bharadwaj Memorial Moot Court Competition to provide an environment where aspiring lawyers can enhance their legal proficiencies and mooting skills with a unique concept. Keeping our uniqueness, the participation will be restricted to 1st year Bonafide law students enrolled in the 5-year integrated programme with the aim to inspire, promote and inculcate drafting & writing techniques, orating skills, and high focus research acumen in 1st year law students. The competition strives to give a platform to the budding lawyers of our country to imbibe analytical skills in real-time situations. Our main aim is to give a chance to the students to learn the complexities evolving around law and regulations.

WHO IS IT FOR / ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE:
All 1st Year Law Students duly enrolled and pursuing a Five-Year Integrated LL.B. programme from an Institution/College/University duly recognized by the Bar Council of India or an equally competent authority, shall be eligible to participate in the competition.

REGISTRATION / SUBMISSION LINKS & PROCEDURE:
- Online registrations are open from February 15, 2025. The Last date to complete registration shall be March 10, 2025.
- The registration shall be done by filling up the registration form available on our official website (Link: https://mootcourt.marwadiuniversity.ac.in:553/ ).
- The registration shall be considered complete only when the Registration Fee has been paid successfully and the registration form is duly filled with all the credentials.
- The Registration Fee shall be inclusive of Accommodation (Non-AC room) and Food.
- The confirmation of Registration and the Team Code for the Competition will be notified to the teams by the Organising Committee after completion of the registration process by or before March 12, 2025. The registration fee for the competition is INR 5000 which is inclusive of accommodation and food for three days of the competition only. Registration fee once paid is non-refundable.
- Any student who wishes to opt for AC room has to pay INR 1000 (extra). This amount is not included in registration fee.
- Submission of incomplete Forms will not amount to successful registration and shall not be considered. In any such event, the decision of the Organizing Committee regarding mode of submissions in such cases shall be final.
FEE DETAILS:

Best Researcher – Cash Prize of Rs. 7,000/- + Trophy
Best Memorial – Cash Prize of Rs. 7,000/- + Trophy
