Notes:The application form (in triplicate) should be sent to the Commissioner of Income-tax having juris- diction over the fund along with the following documents :- |
|
(i) A copy of instrument of trust evidencing the formation of the fund. |
|
(it) Notes on activities of the fund since its inception or during the last three years, whichever is |
|
less. |
|
(iii) Copies of accounts of the fund since its inception or during the last three years, whichever is |
|
less. |
