Recognizing the imperative to address these evolving challenges, Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur, is organizing the International Conference on Corporate Law, Arbitration, Taxation, and Securities Trends. Scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, 20th and 21st September 2025, this virtual conference will convene leading academics, practitioners, policymakers, and researchers from around the world to engage in critical discourse on contemporary legal issues.

The symposium aims to provide a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue on the complexities of corporate governance, dispute resolution mechanisms, fiscal policies, and securities regulation.     1. In case of co-authorship, each author must register individually. A maximum of two authors per paper is permitted.
    2. Fee submitted will not be refundable.
    3. All meals during the conference are covered within registration fee, whereas any meal beyond the conference’s dates shall be borne by participants. (From breakfast on 20th September 2025 to Hi-Tea on 21st September 2025)
    4. Accommodation is not included in registration fee, presenters seeking accommodation may indicate at the time of registration on payment and first come first serve basis. 

Accommodation fee (Rs 500/- per person per day)

  1. The accommodation shall be provided at University Hostel (Non-AC, non-attach accommodation with 1 Bed, 1 Mattress, 2 sheets, 1 Blanket, 1 Chair & Table set, 1 set of Toiletries), for which the participants shall abide by University Hostel Rules. The University provides separate hostels for boy and girl students.
  2. The accommodation fee shall cover lodging from 6 pm, 19.09.2025 to 10 am, 22.09.2025.
  3. Prizes: Best Presenters for each technical session will receive a ‘Best Presentation Certificate’

8. Submission Guidelines

8.1 Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts should be 700 to 1000 words, clearly outlining the research question, methodology, and key findings.
  • Submissions must be made through the designated Google Form: Click here.
  • All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process, and selected authors will be notified by the specified date.

8.2 Final Paper Submission

  • Full papers should incorporate feedback received during the technical sessions.
  • Detailed formatting and submission guidelines will be communicated to selected participants.

8.3 Publication Opportunity

Select papers including the comments and suggestions from the experts received during the technical sessions will be published in an edited book with ISBN.

The present International Conference is a joint academic initiative of the following three specialized centres of excellence at HNLU:

1. Centre for Domestic and International Taxation (CDIT)

The CDIT serves as a dedicated research and capacity-building body that focuses on fiscal federalism, international tax treaties, transfer pricing, digital taxation, and the emerging challenges of tax avoidance, evasion, and policy harmonization. The Centre regularly organizes expert talks, panel discussions, and research publications on comparative tax law and global tax reforms, especially under the OECD, G20, and UN frameworks. 2. Centre for Securities Law (CSL)

The CSL promotes scholarly engagement in the field of financial regulation, market integrity, corporate compliance, and investor protection. The Centre encourages dialogue between academia, industry regulators, and corporate governance practitioners to shape well-informed reforms in capital market governance. 3. Centre for Commercial Arbitration (CCA)

The Centre regularly collaborates with international institutions to organize training programmes, symposia, and mock arbitrations to bridge the gap between theory and practice. 4. Centre for Corporate Governance and Law (CCGL)

The Centre seeks to study evolving practices in corporate social responsibility (CSR), board structures, ESG compliance, whistleblower mechanisms, and regulatory innovation.
