   The Caveator above-named, being the party interested in the abovementioned matter, respectfully submits this Caveat Petition under the provisions of Order XV of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and prays that no order may be passed in the said matter without prior notice to the Caveator.

2. Particulars of the Case:

   • The matter relates to the Impugned Judgment and Final Order dated 19.12.2014, passed by the Hon’ble High Court for the State of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in C.M. No. 8507-C of 2002 in R.A. No. 14-C of 2002 in R.S.A. No. 2543 of 2001.
   • The Caveator was a party to the proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court and has an interest in the matter that may be agitated before this Hon’ble Court.

3. Prayer for Notice:
   The Caveator prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a direction that no ex-parte orders, interim or otherwise, be passed in the abovementioned matter without giving due notice to the undersigned Advocate-on-Record appearing for the Caveator.

4. Service of Copies:
   The Caveator undertakes to accept service of notices and all related pleadings in connection with this matter at the address provided herein.
