10. Limitation of liability

11. Intellectual property rights

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Disclaimer and any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with any LawFoyer platform or service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any mandatory provisions of law, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes, claims or controversies.
