Ultimately, our visionary agenda entails the establishment of Nyaya Shastra a paramount, interdisciplinary platform synthesizing legal research, education, and awareness, thereby transcending the historico-theoretical dichotomy between academic jurisprudence and pragmatic jurisprudence.
DETAILS ABOUT THE EVENT/OPPORTUNITY
The International Day of Peace, observed annually on 21st September, serves as a vital reminder of our shared responsibility to strengthen peace, justice, and cooperation in a world increasingly marked by fragmentation and conflict. To commemorate this day, Nyaya Shastra, an organisation dedicated to legal education, advancing legal research, legal aid and meaningful dialogue, is organizing an Online Symposium to reflect upon the crucial role of law, governance, and collective human effort in building sustainable peace and justice. This symposium aspires to create an inclusive intellectual space that brings together scholars, practitioners, policymakers, peacebuilders, and students from across the globe. Through insightful discussions and exchange of ideas, it seeks to explore innovative pathways for fostering global solidarity and envisioning a more just and peaceful world.
