After a brief discussion the following resolution was passed unanimously 

“RESOLVED THAT a Lease Deed be executed with State …………………………………………………. with respect to industrial plot bearing no. ______________situated at _______________________ Industrial Area within the village limits of ______________________ and within the limits of ______________ and Distt. ________________________ admeasuring _______ sq. mtrs. 

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT MR. ______________________________, and/or Mr. _________________, and/or Mr. _________________________________, Directors of the Company be and are hereby authorised to execute, for and on behalf of the Company the said Lease Deed with State ………………………………………………………………………………………… and further to do all acts, deeds and things as may be required to give effect to the aforesaid resolution.”
