The Centre for Excellence in IPR is a constituent of ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad to promote research and awareness in the field of intellectual property rights. The centre is dedicated to impart IP education and training to students, academicians and professionals across the country. The Centre for IPR is established to promote interdisciplinary research in the area of intellectual property law, science, technology, arts and economics.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The conference “Intellectual Property and Society: Bridging Innovation and Public Interest” seeks to explore the intricate balance between fostering innovation and safeguarding public welfare. Topics include access to essential medicines, equitable technology dissemination, and the role of copyright in the digital age. The event aims to provide a platform for diverse perspectives, fostering dialogue on how IP frameworks can align innovation incentives with broader public interest, ensuring sustainable development and inclusive societal progress.
ELIGIBILITY:
The conference is open to Students, Research Scholars, academicians, professionals, and practitioners in the field of Law, Engineering or any other interdisciplinary field. This conference is an opportunity for all to interact with like-minded individuals from different institutes all across the globe. The conference will also provide a platform for discussions and deliberations with experts, dedicated organizations, and stakeholders in the relevant field.

- Footnotes: Bluebook 20th Edition, Size 10, Single Spaced
- Margins: 1 Inch on all sides
- Word Limit:
- Abstract: 300-500 words (with keywords and must be accompanied by the name, designation, and contact details of the Author(s))
- Full Paper: 3000-5000 words (excluding footnotes)
- Plagiarism Limit: Less than 10% (mandatory plagiarism report required)

- Academicians/Professionals: ₹1500
- Students/Research Scholars: ₹1000
- IFHE Students: ₹500
- IFHE Faculty: No Fee
