About Delhi Metropolitan Education 

Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME) was established in August 2012 under the aegis of Sunshine Educational & Development Society, which has been dedicated to working in the field of education for over 16 years. DME is affiliated with the prestigious Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi, and is approved by the Bar Council of India. DME endeavours in educating young minds are aimed at forming and sustaining conditions that enable students to embark on an unparalleled educational journey that is intellectually, socially, and personally transformative and enriching. DME offers sought-after courses in the fields of Management, Journalism and Law. Research Cell, DME, is an institutional-level committee dedicated to facilitating and aiding research and working untiringly to develop the academic and research skills of faculty members. About Conference/Seminar

This student conclave invites us to look at sustainability through the eyes of Gen-Z. As a generation deeply connected to global issues and digital platforms, Gen Z is reshaping what it means to consumer responsibly. Their choices are driven by not just trends, but by values, environmental impact, ethical sourcing and transparency. Through engaging discussions, research presentations and collaborative dialogue, the conclave aims to uncover how these young voices are influencing industries, policies and everyday decisions. Together we will explore how conscious consumption can become the new norm and how institutions can better align with the values of this generation. Its not just about products but it’s about purpose. The Research Cell of Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida, aims to unite a wide spectrum of academicians, research scholars, industry practitioners, technologists, legal experts, and students. The conclave will offer a collaborative platform to delve into the evolving dynamics of Sustainability and Eco-Conscious exposure in today’s world. As human relationships and experiences increasingly intersect with technological frameworks, these themes call for interdisciplinary reflection and critical engagement. The event will encourage rich dialogue, present cuttingedge research, and explore the psychological, ethical, technological, and legal dimensions of how we engage, share, and connect in the current age.

Objectives of this Conclave

To explore the evolving consumption patterns of Gen Z and understand how sustainability, ethics and social impact shape their purchasing decisions. To provide platform to the researchers, students and professionals to present studies and case analyses on sustainable consumption and youth driven change. To examine the role of digital media, influencers and activism in amplifying Gen Z voices. To foster collaboration between academician, industry and policy makers in designing strategies that align with GenZ’s values of sustainability and inclusivity. To encourage innovation in sustainable product development, marketing and education, with long term focus on responsible growth.

Submission Guidelines

Participants are invited to submit an extended abstract (300 – 500 words) relevant to the central theme of the Conclave in Word Document format. Co-authorship of up to only two authors is permitted.

Formatting Guidelines

  1. Single Column, A4 Size, 1.5-line spacing
  2. Font Style: Times New Roman, Size 12

Each submission must include a cover page with the following details:

  1. Title of the Long Abstract
  2. Author(s)
  3. c. Affiliation(s)
  4. Contact Details

(including an active email address and mobile number)

Additional Guidelines

  • Experts will review abstracts, and only those approved by the reviewers will be selected and notified to the authors.
  • Acceptance implies that at least one author will attend the Conclave and present (Online/Offline).
  • Only original, unpublished work will be considered. Proposals presenting identical or substantially similar work already published or under review elsewhere will not be accepted.
  • All papers shall be strictly subjected to anti-plagiarism software and scrutinised through blind review of the Editorial board. The paper should be original and unpublished work of the author(s), and plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Plagiarism criteria: 10 per cent, excluding footnotes and bibliography.
  • The sub-themes provided are merely indicative and not exhaustive. Participants are free to choose any topic relevant to the conclave’s central theme.

Registration Fees

Registration for the Conclave (along with the payment of registration fee) has to be done separately once the intimation of the selection of Abstracts has been received. Selected authors will receive a registration link along with the acceptance mail

Rs 1000/– ( Rupees One Thousand Only) for offline presenter.

Rs 750/-  ( Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Only) for online presenter.

Rs 350/– ( Rupees Three Hundred Fifty Only) for participation. [Excludes presentation, only for attending the conclave]

[Note : In case two authors are presenting the paper in offline mode, each author has to register separately for the conclave]

Please note that the Conclave will be held in hybrid mode on 7 November, 2025 (Offline) and 8 November, 2025 (Online). Registration has to be done after the acceptance of abstracts by 3 November, 2025 . The Link for submitting the final papers will be sent via Mail after the Acceptance of Abstracts.
