The Innovation Brief is a student-led platform at National Law University Delhi that seeks to foster informed and accessible discourse at the intersection of law, innovation, technology, intellectual property, and public policy.
Through its publications and initiatives, the platform provides a space for students, researchers, practitioners, and other stakeholders to engage with emerging legal and policy questions.
The Innovation Brief is institutionally supported by the Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC) at National Law University Delhi, which works towards advancing research and dialogue on issues concerning innovation, intellectual property, and competition.

The Innovation Brief has invited blog submissions on the theme:
“Impact of the Intersection of Innovation and Access by the EU-India FTA”
The call focuses on how the EU-India Free Trade Agreement (FTA), particularly its Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) chapter, could reshape the balance between innovation and access.
