- That in the aforesaid meeting a number of communal leaders who belong to…………….. party, have been intend to deliver their speeches.
- That the communal speeches of he aforesaid leaders are likely to invite the communal feelings/passions in the residents of the locality which locality is riot prone locality and has witnessed a number of communal riots in past few years.
- That on the ground of communal harmony and maintenance of law and order a preventive order should be promulgated forthwith
